The Founders

Ted, who has been a life long motorcycle and ATV enthusiast, became interested in the Yamaha Rhino shortly after their introduction in 2004. Rhino riding quickly became his new favorite past time as he enjoyed exploring the vast Arizona wilderness with family and friends in his customized Rhino's.

Rhino Rental LLC was conceived by Ted in the summer of 2006 when out of state family came to visit and he began looking for rentals but only found motorcycles, ATV's and jeep tours. Realizing that a need existed, he began evaluating the situation and determined Rhino Rental LLC could become a highly successful enterprise, especially if focused on quality, cost, and customer service.

Ted has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from Stockton State College, Pomona, NJ and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, AZ. He has twenty years invested in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and has held management positions in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and Validation. Although quite successful in his career, Ted has a very entrepreneurial spirit and has always wanted to operate his own business. Ted's education and experience coupled with his love for toys and outgoing, down-to-earth personality makes for a winning combination.

Janet Spear Lukaszek got involved with motorcycles and ATV's when she met Ted, but quickly came to the conclusion that motorcycles and ATV's were for a select few with prior riding experience. From the first time she rode in a Rhino she knew this was a pastime the she could enjoy with friends and family.

Janet has a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology and Chemistry from Iowa State University and a Master's Degree in Business from California Polytechnic University. She has been in the pharmaceutical manufacturing business for twenty five years and held positions of increasing responsibility in Quality, Manufacturing, Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Manufacturing Plant Management. Between Ted and Janet, they have many years of experience that they are putting towards building Rhino Rental LLC .
